About Training

The telcommunications industry is so vast and complex that no one person could possibly understand everything there is to know about every area of it. As a result, the industry was broken up into numerous divisions. Over the years, each division has become so focused on only their portion of the operation that they have no understanding of how other divisions function. This would not be a problem if it weren't for the fact that what each division does affects the other divisions. The goal of BackUP Telecom's training programs are not just to train employees how to function within their own capacity successfully, but to learn how to "connect the dots" so that they are better equipped to resolve problems that may arise between the divisions.
